76 Main in Nantucket is committed to accommodating the needs of all our guests, and we strive to provide visitors with an accessible, barrier-free lodging experience.

Please note that we are currently making accessibility enhancements to our website. Below you’ll find relevant information outlining some of the physical ADA accessibility features at our property. If you have any questions or to make reservations, please contact us at (508) 228-2533.

  • One (1) fully ADA accessible Guest House room (Room 18) available to book online or by phone
  • ADA lift located off the rear courtyard allows ADA access to the lobby, check-in, common spaces (including breakfast area), powder room, and all first floor guest rooms of the main house (a separate entrance at the front of the building requires the use of 14 steps)
  • All Guest House rooms (one of which is fully ADA accessible) are at ground level
  • Parking & Transportation
  • There is one ADA accessible parking spot located in the driveway
